RHS staff members make "Instructional Rounds" where they observe their colleagues to get insight and new ideas for their own teaching.

Professional Development
Our district professional development time and building-level staff meetings are filled with collaboration, interaction, and feedback. Discussion revolves around implementing the cultural forces of Environment and Expectations.
